1. Acceptance

By using Mindle you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18.

2. Service description

Mindle provides AI persona chat, relationship memory, wellness tools, and community features for entertainment and emotional support — not medical care.

3. Your account

Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.

4. Acceptable use

Do not harass others, generate illegal content, attempt to bypass safety systems, scrape the service, or impersonate Mindle staff.

5. Content & IP

You retain rights to prompts you submit. You grant Mindle a license to operate the service. Persona assets and brand belong to Mindle or licensors.

6. Subscriptions

Plus plans auto-renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Refunds follow applicable law and store policies.

7. Disclaimers

Mindle is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific emotional outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
